Goodness, some of this was more difficult than it needed to be.
So, I recently got back on Tumblr, and was incredibly surprised to find that whoever had been squatting my old URL gave up, because lo! It was available! Neat. Except, I'm an idiot, and put it on a sideblog, because idk. That was fine for about two weeks, but like, it's really hard to build up any kind of a social presence when everything you do goes through a completely unrelated name. Can't reply to people as me, follows come from some random business account, etc. I don't want that.
So I got fed up enough with it today that I set up a new account, and very quickly switched my URL over. So now I am me, on a main blog. Neat. Except, Tumblr is dumb and I could not figure out how to work out the queue. Like, a wholeass button was gone. Couldn't find it. After accidentally spamming about 50 posts to my blog, instead of my queue, I finally found it buried in some hidden settings menu.
But, anyway. Hey. I'm back on Tumblr, operating a horny on main thirst blog, as the gods intended.
Then I figured I might as well go whole hog, and put my username back as the default on AO3. Which was surprisingly easy, and took about three seconds. Tumblr could learn something from that.
